Cloud City Wheelers

What can we say? Our local bike club is awesome. In the past 4 years, the Cloud City Wheelers have been responsible for the construction of upwards of 12 new miles of single-track near town behind Colorado Mountain College. With many more miles planned, volunteers are always welcome to join trail building days, every Wednesday during the dry season. All trail construction is the direct result of volunteer labor, club donations, IMBA visits, and grant funding. The trails are designed and constructed to meet IMBA standards.

Cloud City Wheelers also organize an awesome Winter Mountain Bike Race Series here in Leadville. Starting in January, we will keep you posted and update the website with more info closer to race time. Great opportunity to get out your fat bikes and rage the high country!
